How long does it take?

However, if your grillz have not yet entered production and your mould kit has not been shipped, a partial refund may be possible.

An 80% refund if your mould kit has not yet been dispatched.
A 50% refund will be issued if your order is cancelled after the kit has shipped but before crafting begins.

If you experience any issues with the fit or function of your grillz, our team is here to help. We’ll assess your concern and may be able to offer adjustments depending on the mould and condition of the piece.
