While custom orders can\u2019t always be returned, we\u2019re here to help if something\u2019s not right, because good service matters as much as the grillz themselves.<\/p><h3>To Start a Return<\/h3><p>If there\u2019s a problem with your order, just reach out. Email <a href=\"mailto:info@drgrillz.com\">info@drgrillz.com<\/a> or call <a href=\"tel:0478805258\">(04) 7880 5258<\/a> with your order number and a short note about the issue. We\u2019ll sort it out with you.<\/p><h3>Custom Grillz (Made to Order):<\/h3><ul><li>You can cancel your order as long as the mould kit hasn\u2019t been sent yet. If approved, we\u2019ll refund you, minus Stripe\u2019s card fees and a $50 charge to cover prep and postage.<\/li><li>Once your kit has been posted, the order is locked in. That\u2019s because the shipping, handling, and early-stage setup costs are already covered.<\/li><li>If we receive a mould that doesn\u2019t work, we\u2019ll get in touch so you can redo it. We won\u2019t start production until we\u2019ve got a good fit.<\/li><li>Once your grillz go into production, the sale is final.
