• We Craft and Finish Your Grillz: Your grillz are digitally shaped using your impression, then cast, polished, and hand-finished in small batches. This helps achieve a clean, secure fit and a standout look made for your smile.

Once your order is placed, we send your dental mould kit directly to the address you provided. This kit includes dental-grade impression materials, step-by-step instructions, and a prepaid return satchel for convenience.

Yes, Dr Grillz ships globally. We deliver both the dental impression kit and your finished custom grillz directly to your address. This policy applies whether you're ordering from within Australia or from overseas.

The shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal conditions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Each order is shipped with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Each grillz piece is custom-made to fit your individual dental impression, so it can’t be resold or reused. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once production has started. However, if your grillz have not yet entered production and your mould kit has not been shipped, a partial refund may be possible.

• An 80% refund if your mould kit has not yet been dispatched.
• A 50% refund will be issued if your order is cancelled after the kit has shipped but before crafting begins.
