Your DIY kit includes impression putty, trays, gloves, a sanitised bag, and a prepaid satchel. For more accurate results, we recommend visiting your dentist for a professional clean beforehand. A clear dental mould helps us achieve a tailored fit. It also enhances comfort and creates a final piece that aligns beautifully with your natural teeth and bite, providing a seamless fit.

Follow the included video guide to take your mould. Submit a photo for approval. Once verified, send the mould using the prepaid satchel. We will give you free extra putty if it needs to be taken again. This step helps us craft grillz that match your dental structure with detail. After receiving your approved mould, our team will begin the fabrication process. Using digital design and traditional craftsmanship, each grillz is tailored for your bite. We cast, polish, and finish it in approximately four weeks. Your completed grillz are then packaged carefully and shipped to your door. They arrive ready to wear and showcase with confidence in any setting.
