    Returns & Refunds Policy

    At Dr Grillz, each piece is made just for you. While custom orders can’t always be returned, we’re here to help if something’s not right, because good service matters as much as the grillz themselves.

    To Start a Return

    If there’s a problem with your order, just reach out. Email info@drgrillz.com or call (08) 6255-7771 with your order number and a short note about the issue. We’ll sort it out with you.

    Custom Grillz (Made to Order):

    • You can cancel your order as long as the mould kit hasn’t been sent yet. If approved, we’ll refund you, minus Stripe’s card fees and a $50 charge to cover prep and postage.
    • Once your kit has been posted, the order is locked in. That’s because the shipping, handling, and early-stage setup costs are already covered.
    • If we receive a mould that doesn’t work, we’ll get in touch so you can redo it. We won’t start production until we’ve got a good fit.
    • Once your grillz go into production, the sale is final. These are custom pieces made just for your smile—they can’t be altered, reused, or returned once crafting has begun.
